2024 Girls 15U & Women's Open Age Baseball World Series

TO ALL PONY INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS AND FRIENDS

We are honored to officially invite a team or teams from your organization to join us at the following PONY Baseball & Softball International Girl's 15U and Women's Open Age Baseball World Series. We are encouraging more teams to join us at this once in a lifetime event which will truly benefit your players.

Both the Girls 15U and the Women's Open Baseball World Series will be held at the Villages Baseball Complex, Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga Province, Philippines on August 5-9, 2024. Report Date August 4 & Departure Date August 10. As of the moment, expected participants are teams from Japan, China, Taipei, Indonesia, Hong Kong-China, USA, and the Philippines. More teams
have signified their interest but we are now waiting for their final confirmations.

These Championships are both Official PONY International World Series Events and will be awarded World Championship Rings for the Champions and the Runner-ups of both tournaments.

Only the Top Teams from the 8 Zones of PONY International in the World namely the North, East, West and South Zones of the USA together with the Mexican, Caribbean, European and the Asia Pacific Zones has the privilege to participate at these World Series.

To allow us to successfully stage these tournaments, with emphasis on the safety, convenience and enjoyment of all participants, we shall assess all participating teams a tournament package fee of US$120/person/day. These fees are inclusive of Airport Transfers, Hotel Accommodations of 2 persons in a room, 3 meals/day and Hotel-Field-Hotel Transportation. While parents, relatives and supporters of the team will be assessed US$130/person/day for Twin Rooms inclusive of the same benefits as that of the team. Any member of the delegation, players, coaches, officials, parents and supporters wishing to be billeted in a single hotel room will be charged an additional
US$50/person/day on top of the prices quoted above.

Therefore, to help us accelerate the preparations of these momentous events we are hoping for your immediate response and signify your intention to join us soon as possible. Attached is an INTENT FORM and PLEASE fill it up immediately to allow us to prepare properly for your arrival in the Philippines.
